About LIVE SOUND
Live Sound was founded in 1998 as Live Sound & Recording Co., LLC. Later, in 2011 the "Sound & Recording Co." was dropped from the name in favor of putting more of an emphasis on the fact that we provide quality sound reinforcement for LIVE Events requiring quality sound reinforcement.
Today, Live Sound produces shows indoor & out for up to 3000+ people! Specializing in outdoor multi-act events, we do regular work throughout Washington state as well as other states.
Some of the acts performing at those venues included: Big Bands, Rock Bands, Speakers, Acoustic and Solo Acts, Metro Parks Tacoma Idol Contest, Seattle Pride at Volunteer Park, Nubian Jam at Forest Park, Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival, Acapello groups M-Pact & Kickshaw, Show Brazil, Metro Parks New Years Eve Carnival which includes Bands, Magicians, Juggleers and performing Pigs, Pat Travers Band, Grand Prize, Suite 301, 3SG, Cascadia Student College, Evergreen College, University of Washington, Sanctus Real, Granian, Moses Guest, Pacific Rim Talent.
The personnel at Live Sound & Recording Company are Highly Qualified Professionals -- producing every show with rave reviews. Our crew is constantly watching the bands - and the crowds - to anticipate their needs and concerns, and are ready to take appropriate action in order to provide real solutions. Since bands or audience members need only make eye contact for us to be aware that they may have a concern with volume, mix or EQ settings -- we use real time analyzers to constantly monitor the EQ and mix, 24 channels of compressors to control unruly volume spikes by vocalists or instruments, decibel meters to confirm the volume is appropriate for the venue and crowd.
At most events we produce there are multiple bands performing. On average, bands are changed out in approximately 15 minutes. We make every effort to ensure that their sound checks are quick and painless -- and THAT keeps your event running smoothly.
We make no excuses - the job is done right every time. If there are concerns or suggestions from the stage manager, band, crew, audience, nearby venders, these concerns are addressed with respect to all in attendance. The goal is for all involved to have fun -- including ourselves!
